ArrowGreenhouses.com Greenhouse kits are shipped via FedEx Freight/Ground, UPS Freight/Ground, or using other Ground/LTL carrier services.

Greenhouse consists of at least 3 or more boxes. The exact number of boxes varies depending on the kit that was ordered. You are welcome to reach out to our Customer Service to receive copy of Packing List with exact details on how your order is packed.

No special equipment is needed to receive the greenhouse. We pack it in the way, where boxes and their contents are well protected during transportation, and at the same time so it is easy for two people to offload each of the boxes/pieces (driver will be glad to assist).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, receiving instructions, and copy of your packing list showing how your order is packed and how many boxes it will come with.

Even though we put a lot of effort into making every shipment go perfectly, it is customer’s responsibility to report any damage or missing boxes/pieces during order delivery. In such event, customer needs to note the issue on the delivery receipt and immediately email our customer service team.

Free Shipping Within the Contiguous U.S.

We’re proud to offer free delivery to your door anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States — no hidden shipping fees or checkout surprises. The price you see is the final price you pay.

Shipping costs are now included in the product price across all greenhouse kits (Starter, Upgraded, and Complete), making it easier than ever to shop with confidence.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Shipping

We do offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada via our trusted shipping partners. For these destinations, shipping is not included in the product price, and a custom shipping quote is required. Please contact us for an estimate prior to ordering.

Remote or Limited-Access Locations

If delivery is required to a remote, limited-access, or non-standard address (e.g. gated communities, narrow roads, mountain areas), additional handling fees may apply. Contact us in advance so we can ensure smooth delivery.

Terminal Pickup or Customer Arranged Shipping

If you’d prefer to arrange your own shipping or pick up at a Washington terminal, we’ll be happy to provide package dimensions and pickup options. Get in touch to coordinate.

Delivery Times

In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit times vary by destination.
No shipping to PO Boxes — a physical address is required for all deliveries.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
